Wednesday/Thursday
Arrival between 10h00 and 11h00
Shooting range 12h00 until 13h30 (You are welcome to pack lunch and have it at the shooting area)
1st Hunting session 14h00 - 17h00
Thursday/Friday
2nd Hunting session 06h45 pick-up to start at 07h00 until 12h00
Lunch from 12h00 until 13h45
3rd Hunting session 13h45 pick-up to start at 14h00 until 17h00
Friday/Saturday
4th Hunting session 06h45 pick-up to start at 07h00 until 12h00
Lunch from 12h00 until 13h45
5th Hunting session 13h45 pick-up to start at 14h00 until 17h00
Saturday/Sunday

RULES AND REGULATIONS
To ensure that your stay with us is as Safe and pleasant as possible we must have some rules and regulations
No smoking will be allowed in rooms or in any building. When smoking, please be careful as veld fires can be very dangerous for us all
No Ketties or air guns allowed on farm
No pets allowed
A quota firewood will be supplied on your arrival, please use it wisely. Additional Firewood can be purchased if available
Nature and wildlife is valuable – please do not litter
Use of own vehicle not permitted
Day hunters are hunters for the total duration
Hunters are responsible for their shot animals and are advised to oversee the slaughter process at all times.
Before any shot is fired the hunter is obliged to ensure that:
The proposed shot not endanger any person, animal or property
The species of animal may be hunted
The animal conforms to all requirements set by the professional hunter/guide.
All hunters will be accompanied by a Guide/Tracker at all times
Hunters will be responsible for the safe handling of their firearms. Firearms must be unloaded and made safe while on vehicles and in the non-hunting area. All firearms must be properly licensed
Wounded animals shall be charged at the full rate. ( Any signs suggesting that an animal may have been wounded such as blood, fur, Pensmis/Intestines, Horn fragments etc). If an animal cannot be proved wounded then a 50% of the specie shot at will be payable at the discretion of the owner
All hunters are required to sign a Release and Indemnity agreement on arrival and prior to entering the Lodge/Bush Camp
Hunting conditions
A Maximum of 2 hunters at any one time with a Guide/Tracker will be provided
Hunting is from sunrise (06h45) to sunset (17h00) only, no hunting at night
No children younger than 10 years of age will be permitted to hunt.
Slaughtering – Skinning will be done by us under your supervision
All hunting must be on foot in hunting areas which are at least 500 m from base camp.
No hunter will be allowed to hunt under the influence of alcohol.
The hunter is the one who pulls the trigger and thus responsible for the specie shot
No Firearms without silencer and caliber smaller than .243 or 6mm are allowed
All firearms must be functioning properly and to be zeroed on the farm in presence of the owner
No solid points.
Arrival: 10h00 - 11h00 or as per arrangement.
Departure: 11h00
All firearms will be locked in safe after hunt or in vehicle/room (responsibility of hunter if they choose to keep their rifle with them at the premises - Gold Creek and any staff member will not be held responsible for and damages/theft thereof)
The use of the butchery equipment will be free except for the cost of the blades. (Bring your own spices, knives etc for processing of meat or wrapping if processed elsewhere)
Any specie shot that is not on the price list is subject to a fine at the owner’s discretion and will be a minimum of the replace value
